В какой-то момент мой i1 начал выдавать на этапе линеаризации ошибку "Error detected. Button may have been released to soon. Do you want to try again?". Ошибка эта выскакивала после того, как я пытался считывать линии на распечатанном образце. Нажимаю кнопку, провожу по линии, бац - ошибка. Аналогичная ошибка, к слову, вываливалась если на этом же этапе отключить прибор.
MonacoProfiler тоже в какой-то момент начала сыпать ошибками, но на этапе калибровки прибора.
Проверено на двух компьютерах...
Обращался и к многоуважаемому madforce у нас на форуме (у него и покупал спектрофотометр) и в официальный сервис. Никто ничего сказать не может, тем более что i1diagnostic выдает полную идиллию.
Пикантности ситуации добавляет то, что в любой из моментов жизни все может начать работать правильно (последовательность и взаимосвязь с Козерогом в Водолее отследить не удалось). Шаманические действия с бубнами, разными USB-кабелями и перезагрузками компьютера и девайса ясности не внесли
Кто сталкивался с аналогичной или близкой к ней проблемой - отзовитесь...
